Keeping a 160-year brand vital: Establishing a relevant brand purpose and empowering employees and agents to own it

Work takes a lot of work. Life’s too short. And finding the perfect home takes knowing where to look. The fact is, this isn’t just true for customers trying to buy or sell their homes. This is also real for our thousands of agents whose livelihood is dedicated to making that experience better. When we commit to making this the best possible place to do business, we make our agents (and our brand) the best to do business with. That’s why we have to know what we promise and how we deliver on it. Easy, right?

During this session, we’ll share how we:

  • Tapped into the right market insight for who we are as a brand
  • Connected that insight to tangible proof that empowered our people
  • Focused our tools and communications around a clear, common message
