Strategic messaging for B2B brand-building

Andre Gutierrez, director brand strategy from leading strategic communications agency, Gargiulo + Partners will discuss how developing clear brand positioning platforms, messaging and language is key to building brands, especially in the B - B sector.  Andre will share case studies  with a special emphasis on the importance of tailoring messaging to key audiences (employees, customers, shareholders, partners/allies), and the unique communications challenges and needs of each audience.  He will then lead a structured workshop where participants share their company or organization's future brand and messaging needs, and how they might tackle this initiative as head of marketing and communications.

About your Presenter

Andre has 20 years of domestic and international experience building private sector and non-profit brands across multiple touchpoints and industries, including research, strategic positioning, traditional advertising, retail, print and digital and social media. His clients have included Banco Santander,The NAMES Project Foundation, Verizon, ANZ Bank, UPS, Orbitz, Pfizer and Right to Play. Prior to his career in brand marketing, Andre was a teacher in Athens, Greece. He holds a B.S.F.S from Georgetown University and an M.A. From Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
